Ranga Hammer Finish

Ranga Texture Finish, dries very quick and shows Fine Texured effect on painted surface. Most special about Hammertex Paints is, it’s a One Coat paint. With minimum order above 100 Litres, Customised colour can be made under same specifications given below. Ranga Paints produce quality products as per the customers and ISI requirements with state of art machinery. Our lab is fully equipped with required testing equipments to ensure the quality as per ISI standards.

Coating Application

Surface Preparation	Clean the surface ensuring that surface is free from dust, grease, rust, moisture and any loose foreign particles Surface defect should be ground, filled and treated appropriately Prior to application of primer sand blasting is recommended
Applying Method	Spray only (Brushing NOT Recommended)
Thinner Mixing %	Use Ranga Thinner Not more than 10% on Total Volume of Paint in sealed container

STIR WELL AND FILTER BEFORE USE
Base Coat	Ferrous MetalsAfter surface preparation, choose from range of Ranga Metal Primers WoodsAfter surface preparation, choose from range of Ranga Wood Primers
After Base Coat	Rub down with emery paper No.320
First Coat	Apply Only one coat of Ranga Synthetic Hammertone / Textured Paint
Second Coat	Second Coat NOT Recommended since it will damage the Fine Finish
Thinner	Use Ranga Thinner (Not more than recommended) to achieve spraying consistency
