Ranga Metal Primer protect the metal from corrosion and also create a strong base for the top coat to bound with the surface.

Surface Preparation
  • Clean the surface ensuring that surface is free from dust, grease, rust, moisture and any loose foreign particles
  • Surface defect should be ground, filled and treated appropriately
  • Prior to application of primer sand blasting is recommended

Thinner Mixing %Use Ranga Thinner Not more than 20% on Total Volume of Paint in sealed container

  • Surface Dry10 Minutes (± 5 Minutes)
  • Tack Free1 Hour and 30 Minutes (± 30 Minutes)
  • Hard DryOvernight / 12 Hours
Stoving20 Minutes at 80°C or 15 Minutes at 100°C

Base Coat
  • After surface preparation, apply Ranga Metal Primer and allow it to dry hard.
